A quiet conversation — just for you

If something has been resonating…
this is a space to talk it through.

Midlife Energy & Clarity Conversation

It is a private introductory conversation with Sonia Jenkins for women who know something needs to change but aren't yet sure what they need. You don't need a diagnosis, a perfect goal or a plan before you book.

A quiet conversation - just for you

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong.

You may simply know that something isn't working the way it used to.

Perhaps you're more tired than you think you should be. Your sleep has changed. You're carrying too much. You don't quite feel like yourself. Or you've reached the point where you know something needs to change — but you're not yet sure what.

That's enough to begin.

This is a complimentary conversation where we can look at what's happening for you, what matters now, and what kind of support — if any — might be useful.

No preparation needed.

Just bring yourself, as you are.

We can look at the whole picture

You don't need to decide whether this is about menopause, stress, sleep, your health, work, relationships, caring responsibilities, grief, identity — or simply years of being the one who copes.

That's part of what the conversation is for.

We'll talk about what's been happening, what you've noticed, what you've already tried and what you would like to be different.

I may ask questions you haven't thought to ask yourself.

And together, we can begin to make sense of what might need your attention.

You don't need another person telling you what you should be doing.

Sometimes you need space to hear yourself think.

What actually happens?

What can you expect?

A private conversation with me about you.

I'll listen. I'll ask questions. I may reflect back something I'm noticing or offer a perspective from my experience.

We'll look at where you are now and what you want to be different.

By the end, you should have greater clarity about what might make sense as a next step.

Sometimes that may be something you can begin yourself. Sometimes another professional may be more appropriate. And sometimes I may believe I can help.

If I think I can, I'll tell you.

This isn't a sales ambush.

I'm not interested in persuading you into something you don't want.

If I think my 12-week Coming Back to Yourself work could be useful, I'll explain why and what working together would involve. You can ask whatever you need to ask.

Then the decision is yours.

I should not want your transformation more than you do.

Who is this conversation for?

It's probably worth having this conversation if you're thinking:

“I can't keep doing this in quite the same way.”

“I don't know whether this is menopause, stress, ageing, my health — or all of it.”

“Everybody thinks I'm coping. I'm not sure I am.”

“I've tried things, but nothing seems to look at the whole picture.”

“I know something needs to change. I just don't know where to start.”

Or perhaps simply:

“I want some bloody space to think about me for once.”

Come as you are. We'll start there.

Not ready for a conversation? That's perfectly fine.
